Minimum commitment is 3 months. Many clients stay longer as we move through different phases (reset, rebuild, recomp). This isn’t a quick fix — and that’s why it works.
How long is the coaching program?
If you’re brand new to training or haven’t built consistency in the gym, this likely isn’t the right fit — yet.
We work best with clients who are already showing up and training regularly, even if they’re not getting the results they want.
If you know your way around a gym, are coachable, and ready to take things to the next level, we can absolutely help you fill in the gaps.
